Support the Store Manager with daily operations and workflow
Lead the team on the sales floor and model strong customer service
Help train, coach, and motivate sales associates
Assist with scheduling, opening/closing the store, and cash handling
Ensure the store stays clean, organized, and visually strong
Monitor inventory, restocks, and weekly product updates
Help drive sales goals and maintain high-level customer satisfaction
Assist with in-store content creation when needed
Leadership mindset with strong communication skills
Reliable, consistent, and able to take initiative
Ability to multitask and manage a fast-paced retail environment
Fashion-forward with a good eye for styling and merchandising
Previous retail or leadership experience preferred
